Q. In case of Mira flash, What's the fastest way to recharging time?
We designed Mira series 6.0 f-stop in 0.1 f-stop increments. If you measure each exposure of Mira 4 with standard reflector, at 1.5m distance, ISO 100, 1/125, you can recognize the below exposures.
Our F-stop / Exposure meter : F1.1 / 4, F2.1 / 5.6, F3.1 / 8, F4.1 / 11, F 5.1 / 16, F 6.1 / 22, F 7.1 / 32 According to electrical condition, the above starting point may be different very little, but after confirming the start point, it will works very stable.
And to subdivide each 1 f-stop into 1/10 step, we added Sub-power Board, on which there are a pair of 22㎌ and of 47㎌.
22㎌ capacitors controls the path for F1.1~2.7, and 47㎌works for F2.8~3.9, and 200㎌ capacitors on the Main-power board do for F4.0~7.2, so the fastest recycling shows on F4.0 (0,3 sec), in which effects around 600w/s.
Therefore, Mira series with 60 steps provide very exact setting easily fit to all kinds of current Digital cameras, and many digital shooters like to use the range of F4.0~F5.5 for its fastest recycling and for best Kelvin 5,400~5,500.
Q. What's the Compact Battery Pack?
- Max. power : 400~600w,
- Total flashing times : 150~170 times in full power
- Recycling time : 2~5 sec
- Available use of 2 flashes (200 + 200w or 300 + 300w)
Q. What are the supplying producedures?
Let's introduce you our spplying system as followings ;
1. when you give us PO(purchasing order), we will send you PI(proforma invoice).
2. You pay T/T (wire remittance) or open L/C through your bank
3. We will produce all the items you ordered, and ship it on the way you indicated, by Sea, or Air cargo, or Door to door service (especially we can use FedEx with 40% off) for small quantity or emergency case.
4. For A/S, we will add several kits of necessary spare parts, and when you inform us any trouble, we will give you necessary instruction to repair it. All our electrical and electronic parts are easy to repair if you have any connection with normal electrical repairman.
5. Normally our Guarantee covers 2 years, but continued comfortable service for our clients.
To be our distributor is not difficult, but you have to note the followings ;
1. you have to check the possibility to sell our products through on-line or dealer net, and to compete with other brands for studio lighting system.
2. it would be better if you can prepare a on-line or off-line shop,
3. and try your best step by step and make your clients to recognize the good product quality, you can get success in near future same as our new distributor in each country.
* OEM Brand has been a minimum production by an estimated 30 per each Item.
Q. Do the lights come with the power cable at least? or do we need to purchase it separately?
Lights will be delivered in complete set with each Protective Cap, Glass Cover (Transparent), Power Cable & Syncro Cord, but Standard reflector or Speedring Adapter for softbox is optional.
Q. What’s the dome color impact on the various colored Pyrex domes?
Temp of our flash starts 5800, but if we use Brown Pyrex Dome instead of Translucent, the color temperature will be down 300~350K. I think it will be better to adjust Temp., because the temp. of Flash tube goes down after using a while.
Also, we have other 3 kinds of Pyrex Dome, Light Brown, Foggy, and Front-foggy.
Q. How did burn-out problem when using attachments happen?
When using the honeycomb with flash bring out burn-out problem as mentioned, the honeycomb is not fit to high temperature like HL 1K, modeling lamp 650 ect. The material of the honeycomb is made of the Aluminums. honeycomb was burned in the center part, presumed the flammable glue; Epoxy Resin. In this reason, we advice that use a lower wattage modeling lamp such as 150watt.
Q. How can I check the overheating inside of the flash?
Test environment ; Main condenser – 240voltage, 50Hz Full light, 5.5 f-stop, after finish recharge “beep” sound check, wait for 0.3sec, and then, starting the test button 400times(±50) and there occur over temperature situation in the flash. In this time, the inner temperature is 60℃
* The test result depends on each of envrionment such as voltage, Hz, account test button
Q. Is the RWB430 equivalent to a standard Beauty Dish?
Wide Beam Reflector is equivalent with the beauty dish
Q. The Barndoors have a diameter of 160mm, how does this fit on standard reflector of 165mm diameter?
The diameter 160cm only means the diameter of inner circle of the Barndoor, and it’s exactly for the standard reflector 165mm
Q. Are Speedrings included with the purchase of every Octobox and Softbox?
Every softbox does not include the speedring & adapter, you have to buy it separately.
Q. Does the 1000W modelling light come standard on the 230V PRIME Flash series? If not, what is the standard Watts?
Our digital flashes can be used up to 1000w modeling, but normally with 650w.
Q. Does the Boom Light require a different type of Radio Slave to the normal lights?
Boom light and normal flash is same to use a Radio slave.
Q. Will the Boom Light fit in the 3 light carry bag with 2 normal lights?
3 Lights Bag can fit to 1 Boom light & 2 normal lights.
Q. What is the difference between RBOR 36 and L3OR 36?
RBOR is 2” recessed Rime softbox by thinner and lighter fabric, and L3OR 3” recessed Normal softbox by normal thicker & heavier fabric.
Q. How will I be able to trigger the AC Radio slaves if there is no radio trigger?
Free 7 has the functions for Radio slaves plus Remote controlling of Power On/Off for up to 6 Lights with receiver.
And A/C typed Radio Slaver with 6 channels works for Radio trigger, but excludes only the function of Light Power On/Off.
If you want to trigger several groups of flashes at a time, each Receiver adjusted on 1 of 6 channels should be connected to the power cable of each light. Then you can trigger a certain group of Lights you want with 1 Transmitter mounted on the Camera Shoe, by pressing same channel button on the Transmitter. Please find the enclosed images. And for use of Boom light, you need 1 unit of Super Cramp, with which controlling part can be attached on the pole of stand.
Q. Guaranteed coverage

All our electrical and electronic parts are easy to repair if you have any connection with normal electrical repairman. Normally our Guarantee covers 2 years, but continued comfortable service for our clients.
